At MCWOODBLOOM, all items are hand and laser crafted with love and packaged with utmost care. Custom wood signs and all personalized gifts have a lead time of 2-3 weeks depending on the design you ordered or requested and then it will be shipped. They are sent priority with tracking number included for our peace of mind.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please double check your orders before you submit it and I will do the same before I make your item.

MCWOODBLOOM does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, but please get a hold of me if something is wrong or there's a problem on your order within 48 hrs of receiving it and I will try to help you out.
